WHAT WE CAME UP WITH:
M&A Partner The Event Shop interviewed management and sales teams at all 11 area dealerships. Following these interviews, The Event Shop built a customized “Drive a Jeep/Buy a Jeep” promotional event over a two week period. Twelve local radio stations serving the target audience were hired to execute on-site broadcasting parties, providing incentives for test drives. M&A Complete worked with additional partners to develop GWP incentive for buyers (ie, free gas, car washes, oil changes, off-road adventures, etc).
WHAT WE DELIVERED
64 incremental vehicles were sold during the onsite events and an additional 218 test-drives were executed; vehicle sales during promotional period increased 300% and consumer follow-up reflected a strong, personal, positive attitude towards both the dealership and the Chrysler product line.
