Beth brings M&A Complete clients more than 35 years of experience in advertising, media sales and management, team building, and interactive technology. Before forming M&A, Beth was a successful consultant to several start-up companies in online retail and social media. Prior to consulting, Beth was an early executive with Yahoo!, opening the company’s second regional sales office and leading a team of 12 to billings of more than $50 million annually. Although well versed in all things online, Beth still claims her first love to be radio…the original social medium! Beth graduated with a double BA from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA. When she’s not working, Beth spends her time driving her two kids to cheerleading practice or chorus concerts and caring for her small herd of rescue pets.

Anthony is a 20 year veteran of the radio industry, having served at all levels of station operation, in markets both small and large. Anthony brings a strong background of strategic planning to the company and is largely responsible for its day to day functions. Prior to joining M&A, Anthony worked for such companies as Navteq, Clear Channel Communications and ABC. While at Clear Channel, Anthony became known as a turnaround manager, building ailing station clusters into market leading revenue producers. Anthony’s strength is also found in his ability to deliver results that booster the bottom line; he takes accountability and ROI seriously! Anthony has a BS in industrial management from Georgia Tech, where he was also a standout player on the school’s baseball team, an All American who still holds the ACC record for most home runs in a season.

Doug began his career as a radio and television writer, producer and on-air talent (radio) before becoming an entrepreneur, founding and later selling his interactive advertising agency, Stratapult Studios, Inc. He then moved into senior roles at public companies Yahoo! and theglobe.com before returning to his entrepreneurial roots. He founded widely successful pop culture entertainment company, Now Playing Entertainment, later selling it to a large media company. Most recently, Doug co-founded Life Better, LLC to manufacture, market and sell Eleven skin care products through direct response television (infomercial) and online advertising. Doug managed the company through funding and growth and negotiated licensing of the brand to a media company. Doug’s specialties are evaluating companies, building strategies for growth, executing those strategies and then managing for expansion or sale.

At last count, Dave has worked at 27 radio stations, ranging from unrated markets through market #1, and with just about every format imaginable. His early air-checks prove he wasn’t meant to be behind the microphone, so he tested the waters by moving through marketing promotions, media sales, non-traditional media sales, team management, consulting, and even buying and selling stations. Most recently, Dave was President of Local Focus Media where he influenced a team of sellers across the US to dig deep into marketers’ budgets and to uncover revenue for more than 1,000 radio stations coast to coast in markets large and small. In 2004, Dave founded The Event Shop, a national advertising sales firm with the mission to drive sponsorship revenue from events. Dave is M&A’s event guru, with experience in placing products in consumer hands through the power of fun and energetic local fairs, festivals and gatherings.
CHIEF OPERATIONS MANAGER, COMPLETE TRAFFIC
Bill is a 35 year veteran in the radio industry, having worked in such diverse major markets as Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Charlotte and Tampa. He has been directly tied to the operational end of traffic for nearly 33 years and is connected to high level decision makers at many of the targeted radio partners. Bill is responsible for affiliate relations, securing station partners for the network, as well as execution of the product on the local level. Bill excels in logistics and handles talent recruitment, hiring and training within each market, all aspects of on-air content and delivery systems for Complete Traffic.
